  Downloading Windows Media PlayerGet Windows Media Player

  1. Go to the Microsoft Windows Media Player download web page (Microsoft web page will appear in a separate window)
  2. Click on the 'Download Now!' button to begin downloading the recommended version for your system
  3. When prompted, save the program onto your local disk and wait for the download to finish. Take note of the file name and the directory you are saving it to
  4. Once the download is complete, locate the file and double click it to run the installation program
  5. Once installation is complete, try listening to the sample recording to test the player is installed correctly
